You want to hit the high, medium & low threshold motor units. So 10kg for 10 reps for same person that could do 40kg would be pointless imo. But they still may get same/similar lactic acid build up.

I've been training using this style for the past two weeks and I have to say that it's just wonderful. I'm training for about 30 minutes on average, but it's so intense that my body won't have any option but to adapt and grow. I'm also feeling leaner.

That's one real good thing about the German Body Comp, or lactic acid producing workouts; they tend to be shorter cos you do so much work in a relatively short space of time. Some of my clients appreciate this due to their busy schedules.

For most people this type of workout will help to reduce body fat. Of course some people it won't be as effective with, but we all know that it's about finding what's right for you. So I'm glad it's working for you Simon :D
