Well thought Id throw some stuff together
Training since I think 15, been about and gone through alot of training protocols just to see how good they are, done high volume, high reps, mike menzter, Dorian Yates Split, Bodypart every day, DC, etc...
Started training again in Nov 07 after a 2 year lay off due to 2x corneal transplants due to genetic condition which rendered me blind for 18 months (can see 6/6 (20/20) now btw - isnt Private Healthcare good!)...which was fun....however I still did train in the Post-Op period...but I couldnt lift heavy.......
Now just trying to achieve what I set out to do in the first place and thats gets to a set physique I have had in my mind...and just working week in week out to get there!
