I don't think curt will be able to compete as he will be locked up again by then.

i use APT Convict Knee Wrap[2.5m] which only cost me $29, from all the different types i have used inzer and Titanium Knee Wraps i found the APT Wraps were the best.

So i bought a pair of black and white stripe ATP knee wraps from http://www.extremepowerlifting.co.uk. Fantastic service from the guy as per usual.

I can believe how stiff they are. i already have a pair and they are about half the stiffness of those. I think what i should have bough is the atp knee sleeves but too late now.

my Inzers were stiff to start with but have become less so. It takes a couple of months but they get better with use

Max is right, by all accounts. There is a wrap by APT called The Wrap, which is triple ply. According to Matt Griffiths, Lee Marshall (missed a 455 squat in December) has a pair and can't even put them on.

THing is though...when i put them on, it was a case of having them loose to the point they were doing nothing, or so tight that it was bloody sore. I take this is normal with the type of material until it loosens off a little?

What way do you's wrap?

I think PLers wrap in a lot of different ways but a little trick I heard is to finish off with the 'tie' near/just above the knee so it looks like your knee is higher than it actually is so there's a chance you can get away with a slightly less deep squat - every little helps I guess :)
