It is AMAZING!!! My physio used it on my foot as part of my rehab, the difference it made was such a relief. In fact I posted pics of it in my old journal on MP. IT reduced odema, strain and pain as the muscles rebuilt.

I remember vaguely the pics of your foot.

I dare say you'll be having requests of a re-post so I'll get the ball rolling :D

There we go, lighting ain't that great but you can see the kinesio tape on my right foot. Last year was the first time my physios started using it and my recuperation time (to being able to walk without crutches) was a good month/6weeks shorter than they thought it would take.

I've had this stuff on my neck & nback twice in the past 6 months.

The physio got rid of the scare tissue with a plastic implement type thingy and then covered the area that was "bleeding" under the skin (due to scar tissue removal) with the tape. Have to say that both times the problem areas have been resolved. The upper back issue was an injury of approx 3yrs old. Although I will say that it's then not the tape that did the main work but the scar tissue removal.

I now recommend this guy to my clients who complain of similar issues.
