So yday was WFH and got bored so headed to gym for a decent cardio killing
Thought Id experiment
60 mins total
6 x 30 second dashes at 14KMH with 60 sec breaks after each 30 sec dash
inc at 8% at 6kmh for a good 15 mins
repeat the 6 x 30 dashes
inc at 6% and 6.5kmh for a good 15 mins
flat and 5kmh for 10-15 mins
Run at 14kmh for 3 mins
I woke up today with my legs dead!!
feels good though!
