haha yeah, i think it's common knowledge, although im pretty sure rilla has a crush on 80% of the human population - 'the rilla appreciates hotness regardless of age or gender' - Todd (scrubs) :lol:

Looking thick and broad though mate - you carry your weight well, you're about 6kg heavier than me but look good for it.

Thanks fellas!with all these comments, I don't really see my legs over powering my upper body, i may be wrong though? Anyway, makes a change from the amount chicken legged-broad torsos you must see in the gym, i do anyway.

Oh well i may or may not have, im not a bodybuilder so who cares? You're right,bench is improving constantly and that's what counts.

Lol! the vaseline is honestly just for when i go running, and the toilet role...well, im not going to lie, that has multiple uses.
