Jumping Bench Dips

Postby Alex on Thu Dec 17, 2009 12:07 pm

I've just seen these shown as a Tricep variation by a trainer on TV and works in a similar fashion to a Press Up Clap where hands leave the bench at the top of the press but without the clap. Pesonally I can't think of a more dangerous movement for wrists and elbows.

Done in a pressup position using two benches? Or are these those pussy type bench dips with hands behind you?

omg! imo it's a bad exercise anyway (yeah I know some people love it, but sooner or later it'll feck your shoulders), and to add a jump to it is pure madness. Fucking idiot.

I'm going to try supersetting it with ballistic behind-the-neck presses.
