Joint supplement?

Postby roadz on Wed Jun 29, 2011 12:59 am

My joints just don't feel as strong as they used to. I've never previously had any joint problems, but every so often I just a niggle in my elbow/knee/wrist.

Can someone recommend me a joint supplement and dosing protocol?

I'm on loads of fish oils at the moment and that helps, also cissus, but what's really good is GHRP2, but then you going down a slippery slope! :D

i'm on fishoil, glucosamine, chondroitin and msm. Making sure every joint is functioning how it should, tightness up or downstream of a joint and subsequent poor positioning etc, is usually the reason for pain.

Eg. I had wrist tendonitis for a good few months, tried resting, icing, releasing, stretching wrist flexors and extensors, but it kept coming back. Turned out something in my upper arm was super tight - possibly brachialis, sorting this tightness pretty much instantly cured my wrist.

MSM Powder and Glucosamine Tablets work for me.

I don't go mad on the Fish Oils but make sure I get EFA's in from other sources which helps. I also find the cleaner I eat, the better my joints are.

Msm works wonders for me. As Karlos says, if you've any tightness you should get that addressed.
