'Tis my lovely GF, who is sadly not as gym obsessed as I - she'd get far too much attention if she was... Shes more of a "workout 3 times a week so i can eat what i want" type of girl.

I often do a combo on the smith machine which involves SLDs and calf raises supersetted and it needs a lot of twisting and yanking on the smith bar inbetween movements.
