Ok guys i rarely have time to post anymore the PT business has kicked off and im normally either sleeping eating training or training other people.
However i was too happy with the progress i have made on my lifts to hold it in any longer
Lets start with todays PBs
140kg decline bench press been after this for about 3 months my decline bench has gone up about 30kg in about 3 months
100kg hang clean after not doing one heavy for about 6 months, im chasing 120kg now, with some practice im going for it.
40kg dumbell incline on 45 degrees 2 up 2 down 8 reps now
Dips bodyweight + 25kg 7 reps (bare in mind im around 102kg now)
Scull crushers 70 degree incline 50kg 6-8 reps
Romainians 170kg 8 reps
Single leg, leg press 180kg 6 reps
They are my happiest improvements i suppose but still got another month of bulking and im going to use it wisely to stick some more on before the big cut.
