Interesting Cycle Method

What do people think about this?

Its from a well versed guy who trains alot of people and recommends this approach

Well my 20 day theory works like this....

Day 1-30 Splicing of new cells (Peptides like Insulin, Pgf-2 and some MGF)
Day 30 - 40 Androgen to make cells bigger (Sust etc)
Day 40 - 50 Anabolics to make cells bigger (Deca etc)
Day 50 - 70 Solidify your gains and recover your levels back to base line...PCT.

You need to show your body the way (on gear) and then you need to get off so that your body can respond and recover from all the levels that were accellerated...thats only my view on it and I get the best results with my clients and myself on this method...and oh yeah Toney Freeman also does 20 day courses...

So in essence you use AAS from day 30 to 50.

But my questions were how would training be? It would more than likely be around core movements to get the most?

any true scientific rationale offered up by author- surely for it to be truly ratified, then muscle biopsies would have to be taken at every step?

interesting concept nonetheless- and prob quite an expensive cycle?

To someone with little knowledge of AAIs it seems to be very logical and make a lot of sense!
