Anyone care to edumacate me on this
reason being...i notice i must be sensitive.
Saturday morning pot workout....i had a couple of cakes post workout along with milk n whey prtein and 50g of simple carbs from that BSD blend Glyco active (Dex, Malto & wms).
ANyway. left the gym feeling good as i was a tad depleted from weeks det nothing serious though. 10 min later im parked outside a shop i had to visit texting on my phone and i pretty much pass out lol. Ive noticed im just feeling damn good and very sleepy after sugary shit on a saturday. got home, had some lucozade and chocolate and crashed out on the sofa for a few hours rock solid sleep
