Injury Progress Pics

Just back from hospital. I still cannot weight bear! Bollocks, but they are very happy with the progress and I should be up on my feet next Friday once they've taken a couple of bolts out.

I'll be walking soon with the aid of a stick for a few weeks.

Healing Nicely!

Ooh, that's pretty!!!! I like that a lot.

Pretty pathetic scar though for such a major thing though really. COuldn't they have given you a better one?

(Sorry, I love scars. Got so many of them myself I like having scar competitions! )

Glad you are mending though Tank.... it's doing really well considering the battering it has taken.

Looks like it's healing well. Is it still painful?

Looks like it's healing well, the bruising is extensive but it's blue and purple rather than black! That is a very good sign.

The Doctors are very pleased with the healing, I'm a few weeks ahead of schedule, but I've always been a good healer and the cissus, greens and copious wanks has helped! :D

It does hurt where the metal work is and some will be out leaving a couple of bolts for life, but that's cool as you want a momento!

Good effort Si. I'll put a call to the RFU to let them know ;)

Personally think you should just have went with the wooden leg....finish off the Pirate look.

Imagine your wifes face if you came home from hospital looking all chuffed that you had had the leg amputated and a wooden one stuck on

I would have loved that. Plus they could have taken an eye out to complete the look, but the NHS isn't what is once was - I blame Gordon Brown!
