So tomorrows session is deadlift, last week was a mini strength session and lower back work (it doesnt hurt any more thank god).
So I decided to puy my self at your mercy in picking my deadlift session option. There is a poll ofc

If you have any other idea's put em down. I train around 3-4pm tomorrow so you have until that time.
Option 1: Strength session, lower reps, low sets, high %
Option 2: Volume session, high reps, high sets, low %
Option 3: Superset session, Deadlift > Clean Pulls > Power Clean > Hang Clean
