Just to introduce myself; My b/building started at the age of 23; that was back in 1971,prior to this I was active in many sports Track and Field; Cycling Rugby/Football, fellwalking and rock climbing

Gyms back then where few and far between where I lived; apart from the odd set of old rusty bars and plates in the backroom of some local pub.
Not untill I was introduced to a large converted garden shed and equipment that the owner had made-up most himself; did I get into bodybuilding

I train for some 4mths and entered my 1st b/building comp in Bradford and won;;; The rest is history

Thanks for your comments

I mainly do core exersise;; Squats; Bench; Rows on a 2body part;; i.e. Chest/Back 4x8-10 then introduce some isolation movements to keep the pressure on

Something like this; Legs, Squats; 4x8-10 starting a 100kg then increase the next set by 40kg then by 20kg and +20/10kg again; the last set may only be 6reps
Then leg press. 4x8-10 increasing weight each set but keeping the reps up
Hacks; ditto
Leg ext; ditto
L/curls; ditto
Calf Raises; ditto
