Only really started in earnest today. Reduced my fat intake a little but not massively. I'll save the big calorie drop for later. I just want a gradual thing just now.

Just need to shift the stubborn belly fat. I figure SS cardio and some well timed supps will get me off to a good start.

cheers Richard :)

Walked too from work yesterday. So another 50 minutes SS in the bag. Same again today plus the walk to the gym = 1 hours and 5 minutes SS.

Felt flat initially in the gym but soon got into full swing.

Working sets were;

Military Press - 12x50, 6x60,60x60, (4x60,4x50) drop
SS
gayble crunches - 4x12xstack

Yates rows - 20x92.5, 110x12, 110x12, (110x10,90x10) drop
SS
incline Db flies - 3x8x17.5's, (8x17.5's, 8x12.5's)

Power Shrug - 4x10x100
SS
Leg Press - 4x8x120

Windmills - 2x10x each way x 5kg db, 10 x forward x 5kg db
SS
back extension - 3x10xBW+15kg

50 minutes Done!

Then 10 minutes SS on the bike at level 8, 90 RPM.

Never done many flies before but they felt good today. So they will be a keeper for a while. Military was a little slack but probably due to doing front raises for the first time on Monday. Yates volume was good.

The Power Shrug / Leg press super set made me scream by the end. My thighs were on fire!

Probably.

Once the ground is dryer I will probably do some sprints on non training days.

Trained this morning due to covering the afternoon shift today. Bit of a peenarse. Never had too many calories inside me which slowed the pace down.

Working sets were;

Front Squats (60,65 x 3each), (70,75 x 3 each), (75,80 x 3 each), (80,75,70 x 3 each, 60x6)
SS
Incline DB bench - 2x12x27.5's, 6x32.5, (10x27.5's, 10x22.5's)

RDL - 3x10x100
SS
DB lateral raises - 12x10's, 2x8x12.5's

DB Rows @32.5 - (10,8,6,4,2) x each arm with no rest.

1/2 military press - 10x40, 10x45, 6x50, 7x50
ss
EZ curls - 10x27, 10x29.5, 2x6x32

55 minutes which is a bit lame. No cardio as I had no time either. Shitter of a day so no walking.

On a brighter note 208lb today. Last 2 weigh ins (29 Jan, 13 Feb) were at 212lb. We'll see what next week brings!

thank you Richard.

Was a good boy over the weekend. Walked too, and from, work both days. Again today as well. On a downside my ankles are annoying the fcuk out of me. Felt a twinge squatting on Friday in my right ankle. It has not twinged since but it's there. I had intended to fartlek it to work on sunday but a few steps jogging put paid to that. My other ankle joint is cracking with almost every step as well. I think I might have a bone spur.

Anyway no squatting until I've seen the doc. With that in mind I did a torso workout today. Will do limbs on Wednesday and then some form of full body on Friday.

Gym was busy today probably due to me being later than normal. Smeely bastard was there and the smell was nearly making me boke. Before I even fooking started.

Enough of my woes. The work today was;

DB bench @ 35's - 10, 6, 6, (6x32.5, 6x27.5)
SS
GC pull down @ L12 - 3x10, (10xL12, 6xL10)

DB flies @ 17.5's - 2x10, 2x8
SS
Yates - 4 x 15 x 92.5

DB front raise @7.5's - 10, 8, 8, 9
SS
DB rear delt row @ 17.5's - 10, 9, 10, 10

DB lateral raise @ 10's - 3 x 8
SS
Face pull @ L8 - 3x8

My sig is in response to yours!

I've got shite limbs. :o

was diagnosed with calcaneal apophysitis, aged 4. Still have it as far as I know. Actually ankle xray would be good to see.

Carpal tunnel syndrome at 25. Had both wrists decompressed.

Now this shit. Pain in the gonga for sure!

Decided, in the spirit of helping Rilla make his stack bigger, to take some Dimethylamylamine pre workout. Due to a really early start I figured today would be a good day to do so.

Take 60mg with my usual stack. Fine but stupidly took some 250mg PEA and 50mg hordenine as well. TBH I like this kind of feeling for going out but it was too much for the gym. Most likely the PEA. I was feeling horny as fuck. Even just my shorts touch my knob was creating stimulus

I reckon PEA is a winner if your not getting enough action at home. Slip the missus one of these, and then slip her one. :o

Will try the Dimethylamylamine in its own another time perhaps. Not good for lifting weights but I reckon it might be good for cardio!

Anyway the working sets were;

1/2 military press - 15 x 52.5, 12 x 62.5, 6 x 67.5, (6 x 67.5, 6 x 52.5)
SS
EZ curls - 15 x 27, 12 x 32, 7 x 32, (6 x 32, 6 x 27)

Leg Press - 3x15x100, 12x100
SS
Back ext - @BW+10 - 2x12, 10, 8

CGBP - 12x62.5, 10x67.5, 8x72.5 , 6x72.5
SS
Leg Curl - 4x10x L5

Gayble crunches - 20 x stack, 2 x 15 x stack
SS
DB hammer curls @ 17.5's - 10, 9, 7

14 mins on stationary bike. 2 mins WU, 10 mins @ 90rpm @ level 10, 2 mins WD.

All journeys walked today approx 1 hour total on foot.

Mad session as always young Cleveland.

May I suggest taking some Oust with you on your next session and liberally spary it about smeely bastard's occupying space.

Not good news on the ankle mate :(

Ah thank you sah.

the MP was only a half military press. From top of head to lockout. I'm hoping that it will give the old triceps a boost in conjunction with GCBP.

Was thinking about taking a pressure washer in and hosing the fooker down. Ankles have felt better over the last two days. Still not right but not as bad. Missed squats yesterday and will avoid them next week. I figure that a couple of weeks of leg press and gayble crunches will do as a temporary substitute for front squats.

I'm at at my mum and dad's this weekend and never had time to post my workout from yesterday. I will post it on my return to civilisation.

Is the pain from Toe or Heel impact, or just general?

My clicking left ankle is just from walking. If I curl my toes up and restrict the movement whilst walking its fine.

My right ankle its on the internal side. Pain appears to occur with lateral strain. Although sometimes its not there. it's as if there is a prticular movement that it just does not like.

Not twisted the laterally pained one recently?

The toe curling sounds like a bone issue for sure.
