Anyway.... Back to business. Got told of for 'noisy' deadlifts today. I'm supposed to lower the bar gently, touch the floor then go again. I said that it's called deadlift because the weight should be dead before starting a rep. He went sheepish said it was his gym and not to make so much noise.

Very strange! :lol:

The working sets were;

Deadlifts - 3 reps no rest, 102.5, 122.5, 142.5, 102.5, 122.5, 142.5 then 15x102.5

Decline CGBP - 10x60, 9x70, 5x80 pb, 4x80, 7x70, 9x60

Tricep dips @ BW - 12, 12, 10, 9

one arm gayble curls @ L4 - 4x8x each arm

Internal / external rotations - 2x10xL2 internals, 3x10xL2 externals, each arm.

2.5 mins WU
20 mins at L3 resistance @ 160 RPM
2.5 mins cool down

Felt a little tired. Slight lack of sleep but nothing new there.

47 minutes DONE!

Then 10 minutes @L5 on the bike at about 100 RPM.

Leg press seems to put fire into my quads better than squats. I think my hammies dominate too much leaving my quads underworked. So hopefully there will be positives from having a non squatting period.

I am loving the supersets just now. I might be sacrificing a little weight but I think its worth it. Nothing better than being light headed trying to keep the chunder down. It's my favourite feeling at the momement apart from blowing my muck.

Legs today! Woo hoo! Improvement all round again so I'm a happy boy. Only RDLs were a bit of a struggle. I guess the combination of a heavy back session, the previous day, combined with a leg curl pre exhaust is bound to make it hard! Solid sets so I should stop whining like a little hussy. :P
