Anyone ran the routine yet and got any results?

Thinking of giving it a go as my first proper routine again :)

Allo!

I've been busy with work/life so the training has took a back seat really.

It does look a little full on, possibly too much for training without assistance, i'm not sure. It does talk a lot about the workouts being self regulating because there's no perscribed number of sets and you stop when you stop being able accelerating the weight, regardless of what set/weight you use.

You guys got any thoughts on the routine?

I'm not sure if it's just a load of hype and I can't really find much on it anywhere to be honest.

I mean I can get me head around it and I understand to a point what they are saying, but essentially it's just about not over training, lifting explosively and letting the weight drop slightly and exploding against it, along with good eating and low reps...??

Just gone through the routine properly there's no way I could hog that much gym gear.

Some of the specialisation days have a quad set... I struggle to get on one bit of gear at the moment nevermind 4.
