I'm gonna try this tomorrow... and based on what KP has said I'll be using 40kgs max and see if I can get 2 mins with that. By the way KP, do you suggest pacing myself from the start or going at it all out until forced to pace myself?

I think the aim is to get the most work done in the alloted time, and to make the movement fluid...the risk of pacing yourself would mean less work to a degree?....

Is what I thought but was also thinking about how to approach a first time 'testing the water' session. Yep, straight in the deep end is the most fun anyway...

I'm going to give it a go tonight. (SORRY GALT) - I will train legs HIT style after this.

My squats aren't great anyways so i'm going for probably 35/40KG. Nice a slow down with an explosion to the top, bring on the pain.

Change of plan, going to do this in an upper/lower split in 10 weeks time or so.
