This is my diet at the moment. Im losing fat very slowly any tips for speeding up the process around this basic frame work

Also i never eat pasta or noodles as i really dont like them. Is cous cous an option. My portion size for tea is usually 150g chicken or 8oz of beef be it steak mince or steak. I never use tinned sauces for tea we make stuff from scratch ans i would have with that 1/4 cup of rice or half a sweet pot and loads of veg
