Anyone else getting this?

So we either order from Sainsbury or Tesco for home delivery as it works out better for us in terms of logistics

Today's order we ordered a bag of grapes and got sent 5!! Last time I ordered the 6 pack of diet coke and they sent me 3 of them.

On all occasions the driver had obv gone so we phoned up and they refunded and also told us to keep the stock.

I guess from their perspective it will cost alot more for them to be picked up - but I wonder at what stage they will stop doing this

When I was laid up with the leg and ankle I used Tesco all the time. Very good service.

We use Tesco for stuff but generally not fresh produce. They do run out of stock of stupid things at times and don't use the substitute option.

Asda is pretty good.

Its def a consumer time right now in supermarkets as the price wars between tesco and asda right now are just crazy! proper gunning for the jugguler style!
