Haven't looked into HIT style training but it does sound good. From how I can imagine it this sounds like you'd benefit massively from an equally, if not more, advanced training partner... someone like Dorian has in that video. That's the kind of intensity I used to train at in my old gym (ok I couldn't quite generate it like Mr.Yates but you know what I mean) this is one thing that's gone a bit since I joined JJB :( The looks I get when I let some cries of pain out is funny though :mrgreen:

I feel 100% though really, argh i'm not sure!

Yeah I've got a training partner who likes to push it hard, and another who is just getting started so it'll be allright.

Tempted to have a workout just to get the feeling back, nothing too intense.

Bit o' Rage Against The Machine blasting and i'm always fresh and ready for it.

I feel like as of late I became a little complacent with the lifts and lost proper concentration, I was literally just moving the heaviest plates I could with moderately good form. I wasn't at risk of an injury (well, except the deadlifts) but I could of created my hypertrophy.

Going to make sure I keep the negatives 3 seconds+ and explode on the up.

I feel all pathetic and weak in my left arm like my muscles are dieing it's weird, soon sort that out..

Chest and Biceps it is tonight then!
