Hip Flexor Training

Anybody know of any good exercises to strength the hip flexors (with or without resistance)?

A few people I have spoken with have mentioned a bulgarian step up routine, is that familiar with anybody?

any abdominal exercise that involves leg movement.

eg Roman chair, jack knives, v-ups, lying leg raises, gay ball knee crunches etc etc.

Resistance wise I'd say Lunges have got to be the winner.

^^ what cleaver said. Lying and hanging/roman chair leg raises and full sit-ups are pretty good.
