i found this website through curt so though i would join and keep my journal on here.i am currently training for the bpo open in september for my first comp and then am thinking of join the bpc after because i went to the brits with curt to help him and it was great and i have also heard a lot of people saying join the bpc.
i have been powerlifting for around 7weeks and have been training for around a year now but only bin takin it serious for about 5months now at the most.

Current PB's: Bench-115kgx1 Squat-150kgx3 Deadlift-170kgx4

Speed Bench

all of my speed bench was very fast today,the best speed ses i have had!

Close Grip Bench:
[All were to 4board]
60kgx6
80kgx4
100kgx1
110kgx1
110kgx1FAIL which was because i brought my elbows to far out and it didnt feel right so i didn't press it

Light Shoulder Press:
22kgx10
25kgx10

Standing Side Raises:
5kgx12
7.5kgx12
7.5kgx10[sat]

BB Shrugs:
100kgx9
110kgx7
110kgx7
100kgx8
90kgx15

Sat Bicep Curls:
15kgx12
15kgx12

LOL hardly, speed bench don't count as its 20 second rest time between sets anyways and real light.

Feel sorry for you have curt as a training partner but I guess it does have it's good points of all the gym chicks will flock to you ;)

actuly curt i had finished my workout and yu only had like 2 sets left :D

ACTUALLY I did 3 more sets and another exercise on triceps..;)

my targets are for a 120-125kg bench, not sure on squat yet and 200kg deadlift

wether i will get hit these targets for the bpo i don't now

good luck with that you may want to start going UP in weight on dlifts though instead of DOWN, as I'm sure 200kg is higher than 160.. hmmmm :D
