Finally got the vest on in the gym last night..first time training in vest for jst over 7months! cut a good amount of body fat since i stopped training,,Holiday coming up tomorrow braap.
Current sups: ***** Guarana and Tyrosine, Vit C, Vit B,Fish Oils and whey!

Right any idea's for Back work out tonight??

Going to be deadlifting just not sure what to train with it?
