Hi all,
Thanks to Resurrected!

Have been training on and off for last 15 or so years. Now have some kit set up in a garage at home, which suits as I don't have to listen to the crap music they played at David Lloyd any more.

Have to train around a few injuries I carry, but hoping that I can make steady improvement now that I'm training more regularly. Look forward to picking up some tips and hopefully contributing something useful in the future

Cheers
Ade

About bloody time :)

Anyone would think you'd been working hard 8-) ;)

Why are Chavs like slinkies? They have no real use but it's great to watch one fall down a flight of stairs.

Took you some time to build up the strength to actually post here... :)
Garage training sounds really sweet, I'd love to have a good garage with a powerrack myself, but fifth floor and garage don't go well together...

Welcome.
