They always smell better than they taste :x

I'm into peppermint tea atm :) Don't think it does anything but it's quite refreshing for a change

Could make a mixed adaptogenic tea, it would taste like crusty wank socks though. I used to have a passionflower anddamiana tea with a shed load of fresh lemon juice before bed, seriously awesome for sleep and libido.

Passion flower contains chrysin, an aromatse inhibitor doesn't it? Might be worth looking at.

I want to do an adaptogenic mix - have been looking at various things like gotu kolu, maca, ashwag, rhodiola... think it's best if doing this just to pick one or two and keep it simple.

Ginger tea is great for sore throats and fevers - some say headaches too but have never tried it for that. Mint is good for digestion but i think cleaver pointed out some issue with eostrogens? Not sure. Nettle leaves make a good tea - learned that one doing survial stuff and it's supposedly very good for the kidneys as well as providing a lot of nutrients.

That mix would be great, tulsi tea sounds great, Its holy basil.

Worth noting that nettle tea is diuretic.
