Just weighed myself... 11 st 4 at 5 "6 - couldn't hazard a guess at bf%, but I know it's higher than I'd like, but I'm not too concerned for the time being.
Looking to put on some nice solid mass over the next few months... I may start a journal sooner or later

Agreed with all the points made so far. The amount of knowledge (and crudity) on this forum is unparalleled. If you are unsure of anything the guys here will know what to do. Just read, listen and implement and you will go far.....
