Hello Im Pete and 27 years old from North Wales near Wrexham. I have been training properly since October, November 2008 on free weights. When I bought the new gym I started the free weights then. I was using a multi gym for 12 months before this after a car accident then lifted the 66kg stack in the end. So I sold that and got the free weights now. Its alot of hard work and takes time but thats the challange. I can loose weight fast and gain weight fast also stay at the same weight to. So its very handy for body building that something I learned when I started the free weights.
Im in to olympic weight training and cardio bike. Got my own gym equipment. Bike, chin up bar, ab sit up bar, loads of other smaller things. My olympic weight bench marcy md880 leg pull ups also pulls downs on shoulders. Olympic bars with barbell bar, triceps bar, 2 dumbells, ez curl bar. Also 310kg in weights marcy so I got a full professional setup here.

Hello my goals are to lift more and to build muscle. Either more toned or bigger will see how things go. This year going to be big change for me now I got all the right equipment I need. Also learnt how about my weight which I can gain weight easy and loose easy and now stay the same level. So its a good advantage to have this which I know about now. Also learnt to lift correctly which makes a big diffrence in free weights very important.

My olympic weight bench marcy md880 has a sqaut that you can separate if you want from a normal barbell on the bench forgot to mension that to in the first post. Very handy olympic weight bench.
