Well i,ll start with hi ,my name is layla ,been training for years ,my first show was in 2006 what a feeling ,ive done NABBA, BNBF,SK SPORTS and UKBFF ,all great shows,im training hard for the BNBF brits.

Well off season im 9stone 4,and on im 8 .10,i stay lean all year round,my job keeps me fit,fitness inst. i train 4 days a week monday ,back n biceps ,tuesday chest n triceps weds ,glutes friday shoulders,my cardio is everyday,dont really train my legs .
