Hello all...again

Postby Shicky on Sat Jun 28, 2008 2:20 pm

Just wanted to say a quick hello to everyone, wondered where everyone had disappeared to! Had a brief look around already and this seems like a place with a wealth of useful information. Anyway as i said brief hello as im off to attempt to make my back cry, hope everyone's well and training hard.

Oh and thanks for the friendly invite in this direction, might be a good place to finally get a good journal sorted to track progress
