Heavy squat, or not?

Postby Karlos on Sun May 04, 2008 6:10 pm

I've rotated my program so i had a rest day either side of ME lower, but now i've got ME lower tomorrow instead of DE lower. Should i go heavy tomorrow considering i went heavy on friday? or just go light and lose a possible squat PB?

PS. just noticed, forum time is 1hr slow :geek:

Go heavy imo, not like your bodies not used to the punishment.
