Has anyone got some different exercises
All i can think of our
SLDL WITH BAR AND DUMBELLS
seated curl
lying cur with dumbell (no machine)
standing 1 leg cable curl
Thats it really any others?

This basically recruits the gastrocnemius to assist on the concentric allowing greater loads to be used on the eccentric. Same principle as zottman curls in essence. Stretching the quads (antagonists) will help recruit more motor units too.
