Two days after squats my back went and the muscle spasms were agony !

Anyway it seems ok now .

Been cycling everyday for about 1 hour .
Yesterday was leg day at the gym . Belt worn all the time for the glass back .

Didnt really record anything but was happy to do a couple sets of leg press with 250kg especially as its a very steep pressing machine . Happy to have 5 plates a side and back seems ok today .

Can't say what the calf raises ,trap bar deads or ham curls were but they were heavy although I have increased reps to 12 for lower body .

A bit torn as to whether carry on with squats after the back injury ...not sure whether just to stick to presses

Diet has been perfect all week up until downing 3 packets of monster munch 5 minutes ago !! No will power !! :oops:

My lower back gives out when I drive loads and even if I still could still squat, I don't think I would.

Back now better

I now have a strained right shoulder , right elbow ,left knee strained on leg press last week........

Helping my sister move yesterday and a loose flag meant i went over and strained my left achilles

I was going to train today as Ive worked out my left arm is ok

And then I got flu :(

Gym pig. Have you been collecting excuses from the chavs you are lifting...and applying to your bodybuildign or lack of?

Hell at elast mine involve food poisoning and stag doos...falling over.... :roll: :D

Physio today .

It appears all good news . Ankle is imflamation on the achiles or a fat cushion (!) behind it . Anyway I have the green light for squats etc

Elbow is more inflamation . I have exercises and had first session of untrasound

Shoulder is an imflammed rotar cuff . Sound be sorted with physio but may need a cortisol injection if it does not clear up . No weights on it for now . Manipulation and ultrasound

The positive is that there is no tear . The minus is that my shoulder is bloody killing me after all that prodding and ultrasound .

After a week of exercising with elastic bands ( yes that was exciting :cry: ) I can now get back on very light weights .
Will look even more of a tool than normal using the womens shiny metal dumbells . :(

Asked about the inflamation around my stomach . I appears to be a reaction to doughnuts and stella causing the swelling ...

Its been months since I updated this but the injuries continue !!

The shoulder wouldnt respond to Physio so it was Doctors app then Specialist appointment and then MRI scan . Just waiting for the results .
Not been able to train properly for months now

The consultant suspects a partial detachment of the bicep and some impingement - praying that its just a tear or strain !

Good to see you back here GP, but that sucks about the injury and time-out... sounds like a while longer out too, major downer :(

What's the anticipated treatment plan, or too soon to know?

I find out at start of February . The least will be some cortisone , the worst will be an operation .
Just want to get it fixed now and have not really thought about BB for several months or enjoyed a full nights sleep
