Started Dc training again and decided to leave the diet for a while

Body has acted like a sponge and Im now 16 ' 10 " in the morning .

The worst thing for me with the diet was working shifts and trying to deal with work and the kids when energy was low . In was an experience but at the moment Im my happy fat self once again :D

HIT starts next week

Very quick abbreviated chest work out . Got a slight strain to my lower back so being careful and whilst going heavy , keeping strict and brief

incline flyes
37kg x8
37kg x 8

Incline press

110 x6
100 x8
100x8 ( extra set as went to heavy on set 1)

Done . Finito !!!!!!!!!!

At home at moment pal .

Flyes were good and very strict

Weight 17 ' 2"

Good workout with Simon and Rilla at the weekend . Loads of curls in the squat rack !

Did some nice chest and back , enjoyed the company and was able to use DB which I find difficult on my own due to elbow issues .

Did some nice 36kg flyes and wanted to go heavier but the guys were training at a fast pace and that in itself made things harder than normal .

Rilla explained that to make my biceps grow I needed to "kiss the guns " on a daily basis . Im now doing this with tongues and already seeing an improvement

Robbo I really wish I could recommend this sekrit danish protocol to you, but I'm sure it's way out of your league. No point in explaining really - it should be obvious.
