Weigh now anywhere from 16' 5 " to 16' 11" in the evening . Around 16 ' 3" when SS&S .

Inspired by Rab and Galt Ive cleaned the diet up and am slowly leaning out .

Whilst I have no wish to look like a heroin addict smacked out of my tits on gravy browning like Rab , I do want to lose some body fat

Cycling is going well . I cant do every day but am doing most journeys to work by bike and that works out at 16 miles a day

Injury wise I have a slight strain to my pecs brought on by a badly designed incline bench

Strength is constant and my pants are getting lose

Another good week of dieting

Managed a couple of bike rides ( 2 x 16 miles ) and will do another tomorrow

weight still going very slowly down

People at work began to notice my reduced waist ! That spurred me on no end !!

Not a good week for training , kids and work has been a pain

Pig out this weekend !!

Rab - thanks for that . It was a decent pig out and the next day weight was back up was back up and I was gutted . 7 days later it was gone and I was back making progress .

Cycling - still going strong . Made the stupid mistake of doing 16 miles after a squat session and had the strength of a southerner . Nightmare .

Weight - still going down and haven't started the daily cardio yet . Now at 16' 2 " . I dont look any smaller except for my face and stomach so Im pretty chuffed .

Weight wise - trying to reduce rest periods but found the weights dip to much . Am therefore staying at 2 min rest periods . Weights on exercises are actually increasing and sets of 8 on flyes went up to 35kg yesterday . Will be getting this increased if I can get someone to help me with getting the db up

Diet

breakfast - bowl of oats(with WPI or a shake ) with udos choice

dinner - chicken breast with meduim jacket and brocolli

mid afternoon - protein shake

dinner - as dinner ( fish or turkey also used)

Supper - 150 g of cottage cheese , tablespoon of udos

- also have and additional shake of work out days .

Any thoughts ? Additional shake mid morning ?

At the moment any snacks are fruit and thats probably twice a day .

All help appreciated ( yes even the " competitive " classic wankstain )

If possible I'd ditch any protein shakes in favour of solid food with the exception of around workouts. For whatever reason I've found this work well when dropping off the body fat and helps to stay a bit drier. Maybe is the reduction of dairy produce...

Eggs for breakfast?

Yeah I agree Alex

Unfortunately its a work thing . I have to attend a lot of meetings and its ok to take a shake in .

The one in the morning is really because I really dont feel like eating at 0530

Mrs M has made up turkey mince meatballs for me to take into work as a snack. Nice and spicy and you can keep in the fridge. She's made up loads and frozen down in packs of 4 which I cook the night before work - lovely.

You could also snack on nuts during the day.

looks ok to me mate. just ensure what your eating leaves you scope to take a wee bit out in time when losses stall, and also you dont go too nuts on cardio too quickly to leave scope for increasing

am i right in saying your cardio is cycling am most days? when the losses stall, add in 20 min on non training nights or something like that. and go from there untill you start gertting ripped and the workload gets crazy

Diet still clean and keeping to the plan
No more weight loss at the moment

Started the cardio ...just 30 mins on treadmill today . Shit its boring .

Still the reduced food means less time spent on the bog and hence less reading so Im now reading onthe treadmill :D
