I increased the weight, but I did not realise that it was inverse to effort as I have had many head traumas over the years, so in fact you're picking on a disabled - does that make you feel good :D

Hey presto 3 days later and lots of vomit and no food - 16 ' 6 " on the scales !

Down from 17' 4" in 3 days !!

Today .

Sickness and having wisdom teeth out has meant time off from the gym

Going back in strength training again

Today was chest

Bizarrely Im back to using 120 for 5 reps on the incline and then used 100 on the flat for sets of 7 reps . I will try for more on the flats next time as 100 was no problem .
8 sets of each with last 3 sets on inclines down to 110

This is back to my personal best

Surprised that volume training has provided this strength increase - but Im not complaining .

Weight down after so much sickness and now 16' 9 "
