I'd quite like to make some garlic sauce/butter or some other interesting and tasty sauces (lemon?) to add to my evening meals whilst I'm low carbing.
Can anybody see anything wrong mixing up some butter, garlic, salt pepper etc? Olive oil?
Is there a healthier/better option available? Also how much butter is too much. Whilst I need good fats I don't want to go OTT.
