As promised to young Wardie im up for some abuse so here is my log of food
before walk and after walk 10g glutamine
1) 40g oats,10g options,50g whey,multi vit, vitc,2g glucosoamine,3g omega 3,b complex
2)130g chicken breast, small amount bbq sauce, 1packet of steam veg,1 apple
3)bol for last nights tea 150g, half a sweet spud mashed,1 satsuma
4)25g whey,25g mpc, 20g cashew nuts,5g mono
5)1 pork loin chop, 1 red pepper,1 corn on cob and half sweet spud chipped and oven backed
6)50g whey,1 teaspoon smooth natty pb, 3 cal,mag,zin,multi,vitc,2g glucosoamine,4g fish oil

drank 4 l water, 2cups black coffee,1 cup green tea extract tea,1 glass diet cola (i know)

7) 50g whey,1 teaspoon smooth natty pb, 3 cal,mag,zin,multi,vitc,2g glucosoamine,4g fish oil

Might have another Satsuma after training depending on how shit i feel!

1) 2 weetabix, 1 satsuama, skimmed milk,50g whey,same vits as in the week
2)4 whole eggs,1 bagel multigrain,glass of oj
3) 1 green salad,1 chicekn drumstick
4) 50g whey,20g cashews,1 satsuma
5) 2 chicken fajitas,pimms,apple crumble home made by the little lady
6) 50g whey and same old vits

sundays food
This was dads 60th so the diet went out of the window

1)2 granary toast with butter and marmite,50g whey, 2 esspresso's,glass oj. usual vits
2) 8 0z steak with chips onion rings and heaps of veg.also had choccy cake,pint of cider
3) birthday cake,sauage rolls wine
4) 50g whey in water and vits

not a great day food wise but fuck it dads only going to be 60 once

mOndays food

i dont have much mpc left and i got some to trail it 2kg i think. Im waiting for the next pay day before i can slpah the cash on supps. Holiday this month!
I do plan on getting some, but whey is low also so that will be refilled first

Gotcha. I do think that MPC is indispensible and of the two, if I had to use one exclusively, it would be MPC :)

felt so shit last night i had a snickers and a peach. I was really feeling so drained.

todays eats

1) 40g oats,50g whey in water, g+b blacks coco in porridge this was awful! usual vits and coffee
2) chicken stir fry and 25g of rice, 1 apple
3)same with 2 satsumas
4)30g whey,25g mpc and 20g cashews
5) pwo shake 25g wpc,40g dex,5g mono,10g glutamine
6)lamb curry made my girl so no shit and 25g of rice
7)25g whey,vits and 1 teaspoon natty pb

feeling better today. Had a lot of peppermint oil to sort out my stomach and it seems to be ok so far

5) turkey mince made into a chilli,with home made baked wedges and veg
6)50g whey , natty pb and vits

I do the same with the whey before bed GALT, I just take it with some fats :)

I only use mpc in the day as it make me feel fuller for longer!

3)25g whey,25g mpc,2 satsuams,4 g mono
4)pwo 50g dex,50g whey,10g glutamine and 5g mono
5)8oz sirlion, 1 sweetpot and 1 whiet pot mashed together,asparagus
6)mpc and whey shake,50g,natty pb and vits

might treat myself to an organic yogurt today as well.

Next week i will be eating healthy but probably have a few more bit of 70% choccy to keep me sane and have some bannannas in my porridge as suggest by Para :D

Really looking forward to the long weekend im so tired at the moment it's unreal the holiday cant come soon enough

Monday

2) roast beef,spuds,load of veg, 2 mini yorkie puds all made by me so no added fat,apple crumble made by mum
3) 50g whey shake and orange
4) roast beef and salad wholmeal pitta
5) 50g whey,natty pb and vits

Not great but im not on the diet so trying to add a bit of variety to my diet

3) same but 1 satsuama
4)50g protein shake,cashews and satsuma 5g mono

6) chiekn breast,veggies and rice probably made into some kind of curry
7) 30g mpc and vits 1 teaspoon natty pb

20g glutamine during workout and lots of water today. 5l or thereabouts

Thursday
waking 20g glutamine in 300ml of water
1)40g oats,1 mashed bannana,40g whey,teaspoon of honey all mixed in.1vitalility yog,black coffee,vits 4g omega 3
2)100g of chicken,green beans and half a pepper,satsuama
3)same ,but 1 apple
4)25g whey,25g mpc,1 teaspoon nesquick (pre workout),30g cashews and almonds
5)30g dex,30g whey,20g glutamine
6)30g mpc,1 teaspoon natty pb,vits 4g omega 3

Non workout days i take out meal 4 and add the scoop of whey to meal6

Carb up On fridays

1) same as above
2) 2 wholemeal pitta breads,100g of chicken,salad,apple
3)25g whey,25g mpc,2 teaspoons nesquick. 2 satsumas
4)50g dex,50g whey,30g glutamine
5) 80oz steak,chipped and baked spuds (1 large),onions,asparagus,corn on cob
6)50g of mpc/whey mix,natty pb, 4 g omega 3

I know there is a lot of evidence about glutamine mixed whith other proteins makes it not work. However if i use it pwo im a lot less sore so im doing it :D

I think the glutamine thing is swings and roundabouts to be honest. I take it the same way, always have, and not noticed any negative effect compared to when I don't take it at all.
