Does anyone still use this stuff? I remeber a few interesting threads a while back on it. Of those of you that have used it or known others to use it, how good do you think it is for improving body composition?

Yes, I found it very helpful for when on a calorific deficit. It seemed to help with fat loss and lean tissue maintenance / slight gain over the piece. I stacked it with cissus 50% IIRC.

sounds like it would be ideal for me in that case as i'm rarely taking in surplus calories,e xcept for last month since got injured. DOn't suppose i could buy that 30 grams off you could i cleaver? lol
