Si, you might find a golf ball and a softball useful for the upper back, shoulder, scapula area. Use either standing against a wall and ball between you and it or on the ground. The golf ball is excellent at reaching places foam rollers just can't.

Thanks Scott - would you recommend a Titlest 1 or should I go with another brand? :D

we all know you're broad Simon... and long as well so I understand

Only two quid more for the larger one on that site so still not bad... i may get one actually, could be quite beneficial.

Nice link GB :)

Used the roller yesterday on my lower and upper back, plus my calves, seemed to release some tension. I've just ordered a 7cm spikey ball for use on my shoulders

I managed to force my shoulders down onto the roller and I think I may have released some of the tension from them as the pain in my right shoulder is subsiding.

It's early days yet, but I do think the roller has some very positive benefits already.
