Lower body stuff is really pissing me off at the moment though. Hate squats lol, so will do some more unilateral work for a while, but not sure this is an adequate replacement?
I still don't understand why ya'll fletchies have so much love for (one)leg press...
I can think of plenty of unilateral exercises I'd prefer. Especially as you're both training for athletic performance.
