Fish oil, coconut oil and greens sources?

Postby Shicky on Tue Jun 29, 2010 1:45 pm

Hello all, hope everyone is well!

In spectacular fashion and just to prove to GB I am injury king, I returned from Korea only to get appendicitus and needed surgery. Again with my luck it was located in the wrong place so my wound is a rather big 15 staples compared to the standard 3 stitches.

Im keen to get good in terms of nutrition again so want to source whats in the subject. I normally order the fish oils from alimentnutrition but they stopped the coconut oil and my greens was poliquins stuff. So where do you guys order from? Was also curious about salts, i saw a debate on here that was quite a bit past my knowledge. Do you guys recommend supplementing with him/celtic salts anymore? If so again, source?

Thanks everybody

Back to the question in hand. I get my coconut oil and fish oils from BSD. I refuse to buy krill oil although I know a lot of people swear by it.

As for himalayan salts, I get my locally as I prefer it in terms of flavour if nothing else. Not convinced by the fanatical alkaline following, but being sensible about everything does have it's benefits.

For me its,

Aliment for liquid o3 (best on market by a mile). BSD for the super omega caps (great for being away) and coconoil for the coconut oil(3 tubs for 24 quid delivered).

Fecking hell, ouch GB! Hope its on the mend. This not being allowed to train thing is dire but over soon thankfully. Cheers for the comments all, will drop the greens for now at least since thats going a bit overboard for the minute.

Looking in great form there rab, i'd certainly help your arsehole get more baggy
