Chronic low carbs = less leptin = slower fat loss
The flipside is that chronic high carbs = lower leptin sensitivity = slower fat loss
Obviously that's hugely oversimplified but I think it's a useful way of looking at the problem/solution.
I seriouusly can't rate carb cycling enough.
I've gone from 86k to 79 with a 1/4" increase in my arm size! I measured them last night as they where looking chunkey and I was astounded to find they are now allmost 16 1/4 from a smidgen under 16! VERY impressed.
My waist is at 32 relaxed with just under 30" stomach vacume, from a 34 relaxed to 32 vacume.
All in all I've dropped a fair few bf percentiles while defo gaining a cuple pounds of muscle and strength. Obviously aas / t3 (50mcg) combined with eca has played its part but still never happend this drasticaaly to me ever beofore.
As far as my macros they are;
low 75c/350p/30f
med 150c/350p/30f
High 250c/350p/30f
Cheat day where I eat as much as possible in 24 hours once a week, cardio at 2*45 mins a day.
