Yea, you have to pay the full shipping, though there's no customs charge.

I will do as I think they will help with the narrow DB handles they have on the 50kg's.

I'm sure you know what they feel like already...

I use them more or less every workout, and I really like them.
Used them for dips today and after doing that I get no hand pain at all on dips. I also used them for pullups and they work the grip in a nice way.
I'm really happy with them.

They increase the difficulty of all pulling exercises tremendously.

Great for improving your grip strength as well as forearm development and upper arms will massively benefit.

As Rilla says it is far harder to pull the same weight with these on the bar. Pushing exercises are also slightly harder.

A good tool to use as and when.

I like to feel comfy on heavy sets and opt for the narrow bar db's when doing pressing for that reason despite us having45's and 50's in thick and thin grips

These would be good for dips though as a thicker bar is much better for it...scaffolding pole thickness is perfect for dips imo. have always ment to weld myself up a dip bar with some scaffold i could steal while drunk and walking home from the pub

I now take back my previous request - strangely not so interested in borrowing them anymore.
