Ill need to throw up some actual pics of it.

£40 per year membership and £1 each session. That would only cost you about a total of £55 per year KP

Not a kilt or caber in sight .

Call yourself a Scot !

PS Do you walk that normally . Must look awesome with the camp top and streaks ;)

Only ever seen this on TV where they use what look like sections of rail tracks and the movement is as much of a problem as the weight .

Do you need a strongman gym for this training ?

Tossers

Captain pig. I could be doing with going to a strongman gym to train sometimes but it bloody miles away. My gym is just a wee normal gaff. I just like causing a breach

Looks a good gym to me

Just wondering how you can train for events with involve tricky balancing and grips whilst only having access to dbells and camp tops ?

As long as i have the camp tops then ill be fine

The only event i cant makeshift train for is the log press with it being a different grip to a bar alltogether. I suppose one of those funny old cylindricar bars you used to get (that we have) with cross bars might do fine.

I almost feeling bad offering up a constructive comment, but- it looks like you're hunching your shoulders quite a bit there, when I reckon you want them locked back and down for the Farmer's Walk, much more stable.

I may have that wrong though, it is quite hard to see past the vest.

I am indeed mate. slight shrug and slight bend in the elbows.

Im not sure if this is correct but to get good speed i seemed to need to as the bells were clattering off my legs otherwise. The needed to be up to hip height to let me "scuttle" or "speed mince" along :)
