Ive seen another like it where a guy is getting his arm cut open and there is litres of puss coming out it from an infection......

That's what I thought at first... yet the guy doesn't look like he trains at all when you get a glimpse of his upper body, so maybe he was just an arm synthol jabber?

lol their not using synthol, they couldn't afford that much. They are using some vet product apparently, some vits supspended in oil.
