Use the higher strength Arnica, not the 6cc ones.

I'd drop the Taurine as I find this keeps me awake close to bedtime.

Still using Hemp?

yeah I saw the 30cc ones, so will use them.

Yeah, still use the hemp. Sometimes pre & post, just depends on the day's schedule.

Whats your protein intake like these days? Still on the lowish side of the "average" in this side of life?

0.6 - 0.8 per lb generally. So 80-90 to 120-130. Being natural that is all I need imo.

Rab, it's retrospective as Scott has less LMB due to his overall BW being less so naturally he can utilise lower amounts of protein to maintain what is a comparatively lower LBM compared to yourself. I'm not convinced the line is linear of protein intake vs LBM although if it's purely maintainance you're after then I'm sure most over eat on protein sources.

Don't find the fat content of hemp a little heavy going around workout?

I only have 7.5 or maybe 15g of it. I'd mix it with some pea/rice. So no.

I've actually done this a couple of times and had two really good sessions (coincidence likely):
7g psyllium husk + water + 15g hemp protein. Taken about 1hr before starting training (warm-up 10mins then train).
