Played rugby at school (prop), American football at Uni (NT, C) and been lifting seriously for the last 5-6 years.
Aiming to Sq/Bn/Dl at least 200/160/240 this year, and hopefully get rid of this belly that's been haunting me for so long.
Currenty following a WSB-esque routing, lifting 3-4 times a week, while slowly trying to get some more cardio into my life (my pet hate).
