In particular you've leaned up and your torso looks very tight and lean, nice shape to your lats and general back sweep. Your quads are huge, but they've always been like that. For me I really noticed the improvement of your torso...and, as no one else has said it, nice ass!

Having had another look, your face and neck have been transformed. Much tighter looking.

the anoying thing is i look a little bit leaner in the gym with the day light. However im not getting my kit of in the gym as people would get me thrown out.

Thanks for all the support through the pics and the diet its been ok and i have learnt a few things along the way.
Next phase is chrimbo and having a rest and some nice food
Then i will be having a good couple of months of less cardio and basic movements to get me stronger and healed up a bit as the knees get a bit sore with lots of cardio. After that i will asses where i am in life and hopefully pic a show and bloody compete.

it is a shame that the festive season is upon us, would have been good to see you get down further.

at the end of the day you are fighting circadian rhythms dieting at this time of year, we are in winter, and yet you are going against the body's wishes to store timber in these cold months-so props to you for eating a spartan diet instead of comforting stodge.
i think once you get your bike/trainer and can do cardio at home at will, you will get to your destination in next to no time.

I cant wait to get the bike at home it will make a big differance to me and the Mrs

To be honest with you all i may have a had a few to many nice things at weekends that on a contest diet ( bodybuilding) i would not have touched.

Sir Simon i would like to do more volume and i wish that my recovery ability was better. However any more that medium volume destroys me for so many days it's just silly. I can do maybe 2 working sets insted of 1. Which i will be doing but anymore than that and i really dont do well.

Any how had a nice day shopping today. We had a nice Nando's for lunch and im making a curry tomorrow. Im sure the extra carbs will have me feeling a lot more christmasy. Staying on the low carb diet for the next week but after that im just getting in the protein and eating as clean as poss but with a few treats as its christmas. Propper training will be in January which im sure by then i will need

Gym pig taller seriously, no we just have mini appliances as we are both short, this makes me look bigger. If i was next to a really oven id look as short as ever
